Booking Tickets

When can I book Cardiff Devils match night tickets?

All match night tickets are released on general sale a calendar month in advance of the event date. You can book tickets here.

How can I book Cardiff Devils match night tickets?

You can book online here, or by calling our box office on 0800 0842 666.

Do babies and toddlers need a match night ticket?

Children 2 years and under do not require a match night ticket. They will not be allocated a seat and will be expected to sit on the lap of an accompanying adult during the event.

Are there any age restrictions?

Not at all, our match nights are open to all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an Adult.

I am a wheelchair user; how do I book my ticket?

There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces at Vindico Arena. Tickets for supporters who use a wheelchair, or who have mobility issues, can be booked online here or phoning us on 0800 0842 666.

Full-time carers are also entitled to purchase a ticket at the concession rate. These tickets can only be reserved at the time of your booking, by telephone. For more on accessibility click here.

I haven’t received my tickets, what should I do?

Sometimes our emails can end up in your spam mail folder, so please check here before contacting us. Your tickets will appear as a PDF attachment on your booking confirmation email. If you have not received your tickets, please contact us on 0800 0842 666 so we can arrange to re-send your tickets.

I can no longer attend match night, can I get a refund or an exchange?

Match night tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. You can see our full terms and conditions here.

I have purchased the wrong ticket type, what do I do?

You are able to upgrade your ticket type at the Box Office desk on game day, just let one of our security team know when you arrive at the Arena.

Accessibility

We want your Cardiff Devils matchday experience to be as memorable as possible. So, when it comes to accessibility at Vindico Arena we’re committed to delivering you the best customer experience. You can find out everything you need here.

How do I enter the arena?

Access is available via the main entrance (opposite the International Swimming Pool) with a lift to the upper concourse for your seating, disabled toilet facilities and wide walkways for wheelchair users.

Is parking available for people with disabilities?

We have a limited number of designated disabled spaces at Vindico Arena. You’ll find these spaces in the main car park adjacent to the arena and Cardiff International Pool.

I have a medical condition that requires medication during the event and / or special dietary food. How can you support me?

You can bring your essential medication along to match nights at Vindico Arena so long as it’s labelled correctly and doesn’t pose a safety risk.

Snacks or drinks required by diabetic supporters on genuine medical grounds are permitted, subject to showing relevant medical evidence.

Evidence includes:

  • A medical letter from a GP or nurse
  • Equipment to treat diabetes and/or hypoglycaemic attacks – such as insulin injections or a glucose meter
  • A diabetes ID card
     

Can I bring an Assistance Dog to match night?

Assistance dogs are welcome on match nights at Vindico Arena. Please be aware though that noise levels can be high during games. If you’re attending match night with an assistance dog, please let our Box Office team know at the time of your booking, or email [email protected] so we can inform our security team.

What support is available for Devils supporters with autism, or those who need an anxiety-friendly space?

We understand that numerous sensory challenges can make match nights can be a daunting experience for ASD supporters. For this reason, we have a dedicated area that provides quiet and comfort away from our match night atmosphere. You can arrange access to this area by speaking to the Box Office team at the time of your booking, or by emailing [email protected]. Alternatively, you can speak to one of our stewards on arrival.

Venue facilities

WHERE DO I GO IF I NEED FIRST AID?

If you are hurt or injured, please find a steward or staff member who will be able to take you to the first aid team.

WHERE ARE THE TOILETS?

There are Ladies, Gents, and Disabled toilet facilities on all levels throughout the arena, in Blocks 2, 6, 12, and 16, as well as in the bar and café.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I’VE LOST SOMETHING?

Call Vindico Arena on 0800 0842 666.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

No entry with bottles, glasses, or containers of any description. Air horns are also not permitted.

ARE THERE SMOKING FACILITIES?

Smoking is not permitted inside the arena. Smoking is allowed outside the Arena in the designated areas.

ARE THERE DISABLED FACILITIES?

Match Nights

DO I REQUIRE ID TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL?

Challenge 25 will be in operation. Please remember to bring ID if you are lucky enough to look younger than you are!

WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON THE DAY?

Stewards are on hand if you have any concerns about safety, the behaviour of other spectators, or if you need assistance with ticketing or finding your way within the Arena.

AM I ALLOWED TO STAND DURING GAMES?

With the exception of Block 13, which is our designated standing block, standing during games is not permitted when the puck is in play. If you need to move, please wait until there is a break in play.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE AVAILABLE?

We have a number of hot and cold food outlets available with a variety of offerings around the arena. There are also several dedicated kiosks and bars selling soft and alcoholic drinks.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

Sorry, but this is not permitted. There are plenty of food and drink outlets within the Arena to suit a variety of tastes.

WHERE CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?

The merchandise shop can be found in the main reception area, or beat the queue by visiting our online shop.
