The Cardiff Devils host the Sheffield Steelers on Saturday night at Vindico Arena before travelling to Sheffield on Sunday to face the Steelers at Ice Sheffield. Here's everything you need to know:
IT'S A HELL-OUT – Right now, this game is completely sold out. We may get a few tickets back from corporate season ticket holders that cannot attend so keep your eye on our social media if you still need tickets. Doors open at 5:30pm with the puck dropping at 7:00pm.
WE'RE STREAMING – If you can't make the game and still want to watch it live, we are streaming Saturday's game on Cardiff Devils TV. Join us 15 minutes before the puck drops to ensure you get logged in before face-off at 7:00pm.
WE'RE MISSING A FEW BODIES - With Team GB away in Denmark playing in the Olympic Qualifiers, we are without 7 of our players - Ben Bowns, Josh Batch, Mark Richardson, Evan Mosey, Brett Perlini, Sam Duggan and Ben Davies. Oh, we are also missing our Head Coach Pete Russell and our goaltending coach Euan King.
THE REINFORCEMENTS - Tyler de la Bertouche will back up Mac Carruth this weekend, Jacob White-Sey will play on defence and Bayley Harewood and Joe Tomalin will play on forward. Huge thank you to the Bristol Pitbulls for lending us three of their players and the Romford Raiders for lending us Joe. Matthew Myers will take over Head Coaching duties with the support of Neil Francis on the bench. Myers has been running the on-ice training this week in preparation for the two games this weekend.
SHIRT OFF HIS BACK – You can win either Tyler Busch's number 13 jersey or new forward Hunter Shinkaruk's number 89 jersey in Saturday's Shirt Off His Back Raffle. Tickets are available from the game night sales stands or the roaming sellers and we accept cash or card.
COLLECT YOUR SEASON TICKETS - If you haven't already done so, you can collect your season ticket from reception on Saturday night. Please bring photo ID or if you don't have that, bring a bank card with your name on it.
ONE TO WATCH - Andrew MacWilliam has been a beast on defence for the Devils so far. He hits hard, moves the puck well, and even scored one of the nicest goals of the game last weekend against Team GB on his way to a Man of the Match performance. Keep an eye on the Devils' number 2 on Saturday night.
YOUNG GUNS - Both Bayley Harewood and Joe Tomalin have had impressive pre-seasons for the Devils with both players picking up assists over the first four games. Bayley set up Hunter Shinkaruk last Saturday in Belfast for the lone goal for the Devils in the opening period. Watch out for number 77 and number 22 this weekend.
CHUCK A PUCK – We are sticking with 5 prizes for Chuck a Puck, £100 for centre ice, £25 for the 4 corners. Get your foam pucks and chuck them on the ice during the 2nd intermission.
