Tonight we celebrate the career of Cardiff's very own Ben Davies. Here's everything you need to know about the game:
GET YOUR TICKETS – There are still tickets available – CLICK HERE to purchase online or call us on 0800 0842 666. If you make a last minute decision to come, we will even be selling all the way up to game time at the front desk at Vindico Arena.
EARLY FACE-OFF – Doors open at 4:30pm with the puck dropping at 6:00pm. Player intros will take place just before 6:00pm, so be in your seat before then.
FORMAT – The teams will hit the ice for warmup at 5:20pm, then the puck will drop at 6:00pm. A normal first period will be followed by an ice cut, then instead of the second period, we will have a skills competition. Each event winner gets 1 goal for their team. Then we will do Chuck a Puck after the skills, then straight into the third period.
PARKING - The former Toys R Us carpark will be open from 4:00pm today. Normal charges apply.
ALL THAT MERCH – Special Testimonial Merchandise is on sale at the Arena but get it before it’s all gone!
SHIRT OFF HIS BACK RAFFLE - We have two jerseys that unfortunately won't be worn tonight but none the less you can win either Gerad Adams or Stephen Dixon's Testimonial jerseys. Adams will be in attendance on the bench but Dixon could not make the game. The jerseys have just arrived and they look spectacular.
CHUCK A PUCK – We are doing Chuck a Puck as well, the prize is a Testimonial merchandise prize pack. Get your foam pucks from the match night sales stands and be ready to chuck them after the skills competition.
SPECIAL EDITION – A must have at tonight’s game is the match night programme and Ben ordered loads of them because last year we ran out! Still, these ALWAYS sell out, so grab yours on the way in.
POSTGAME – Right after the game, we will have a jersey auction for the game worn jersey for every player. This takes place in the main bar and then stick around as the players will join us up in the bar to continue the celebrations.
