The Devils are pleased to confirm the re-signing of 27 year old Canadian forward Riley Brandt.

Brandt originally joined the Devils midway through the 2021-22 season.  He quickly became a fan favourite with his hard hitting style of play. That season he went on to win the Playoff Championship with the Devils and was one of the first players re-signed for 2022-23.

The 2022-23 season was his first full year of professional hockey. He played 66 games that season in all competitions finishing with 5 goals and 7 assists and for the second season in a row was chosen as the team's Fan Favourite as voted by the Devils faithful at the year end Awards.

Originally from Trail, BC in Canada, Brandt was playing at Grant MacEwan University before arriving in Cardiff.
