Season Ticket Collection Information

Your season ticket cards are available to collect from Vindico Arena's main reception.
You can collect your season ticket card on Saturday from 8am all the way up to face-off at 7:00pm but if you leave it until right before the game, expect a queue. We encourage you to collect them earlier to ensure you are in your seat for the puck dropping at 7:00pm.
PLEASE NOTE - YOU WILL NEED TO BRING ID FOR EACH SEASON TICKET CARD YOU ARE COLLECTING - NO EXCEPTIONS
Photo ID is preferred, but we will also accept bank card, birth certificate, utility bill.
For those fans who opted for a digital season ticket card - CLICK HERE to watch the instructional video on how to download your digital ticket. All first time season ticket holders will have a physical season ticket card to collect.
